Garden After Rain

- All orders must be placed and fully paid for via our online store.
- We accept credit/debit cards and PayNow via secure payment gateways.
- Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
- All prices are in SGD and inclusive of prevailing taxes.

- Delivery is available across Singapore between 9 to 11 May 2025.
- Flat delivery fee: SGD $25.
- Self-collection at HFF Studio (Block 5014 Ang Mo Kio Ave 10 Techplace II #07-06 S569881) is also available.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the flowers. If not: We may leave them at the doorstep (only if shaded/safe), with photo proof sent via WhatsApp.
- If the doorstep is exposed to heat, direct sunlight, or is deemed unsuitable, the flowers will be returned to our studio for safe keeping.

- A redelivery fee of SGD $35 will apply for subsequent delivery attempts, subject to availability.

- As flowers are perishable and arrangements are prepared specially for each order, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted after cut-off date, 5 May 2025.
- Changes to delivery address, message card, or contact details must be made at least 3 days in advance.
- In the rare event we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be processed.

- All arrangements are handcrafted and made fresh to order using seasonal blooms. No two are exactly alike — slight variations in size, colour, and flower stage are expected.
- We reserve the right to substitute flowers, foliage, wrapping materials, or vases with items of equal or higher value if the original materials are unavailable, without prior notice. Substitutions will reflect the original palette and design intention.

Care Instructions:
- Keep flowers in a cool, shaded place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and fans.
- If received in a vase: change water daily and trim stems slightly every 1–2 days.
- If received as a wrapped bouquet: unwrap and place stems in clean water as soon as possible.
- Some blooms may arrive in bud form — enjoy watching them bloom beautifully over the next few days.

- We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details or the absence of a recipient during the selected time slot.
- Once the flowers have been delivered or collected, responsibility for care lies with the customer.
